Free First Time In-Home Consultation

No More Worries Pet Concierge offers a first time, free, in home consultation. We suggest the Meeting and Paw Shakes take place approximately 2 weeks in advance of services starting and ask our future clients to please fill out the proper pet profile and client information forms that can be found under our client tab. NMW will take the time as our opportunity to present information about NMW and to learn as many details as we can about your pet companion’s daily routines, their environment, personalities and any concerns you may have that we can put to rest. In addition, we will review a few important policies, sign our service agreement and collect a key from you. If a second consultation is requested a $25 fee will apply. Please note that services cannot begin unless the proper forms are completed and supplied to NMW Pet Concierge, LLC and the Service Agreement and Veterinary Release forms are signed by both client and NMW.

Minimum Visit Policy

NMW Pet Concierge, LLC follows a minimum visit policy to respect the well-being and health of our pet clients. Pets under the care of NMW Pet Concierge, LLC must be visited at least every 8 – 10hrs for adults and perhaps more for puppies depending on age. If pets do not have access to an elimination area through a pet door, pee pads or litter box, NMW Pet Concierge, LLC requires a minimum of 3 visits per day. Visit times are approximate and subject to change depending on the pet’s requirements while they are entrusted to the care of NMW Pet Concierge, LLC.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or a reschedule must be received within 7 days of the originally scheduled visit or refund will not be issued. Cancellation or reschedule received within 3 to 5 days of the originally scheduled visit will result in a credit to be used for a future visit. NMW Pet Concierge, LLC reserves the right to deny or terminate service to a Client if job differs from what was originally agreed upon during the initial consultation, if job poses safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate and uncomfortable situations. If NMW Pet Concierge, LLC sitter arrives at Client ’s home to provide pet care and Client neglected to cancel the appointment and is home (includes relative or friend) and pet does not require sitter’s care, Client will be charged the full amount of services reserved for that time slot.

Key Entry Policy

Any Client keys kept by NMW Pet Concierge, LLC will be color coded, will not be labeled with any Client information, and will be kept in a safe unless being used for Pet Sit appointment to access Client ’s home. NMW Pet Concierge, LLC will not use garage entry code, lock box, key under mat to enter a Client’s home. The only acceptable method is to have a physical key.

No Shared Responsibility

Job sharing is not covered by our insurance policy therefore Client understands that no other person can share any pet care responsibility for Client ’s pet(s) (feeding, medicating, etc.). Client agrees to provide a list of individuals/ service providers /companies (i.e. house cleaning service, painters, landscapers, friends, family members, etc.) who have access to Client ’s premises on the Client and Client Property Information Form. NMW Pet Concierge, LLC cannot be held responsible for the acts of others that are allowed in and out of the home during the service period. No exceptions will be made.

Payment

No More Worries Pet Concierge, LLC requests payment in full at the time services are booked. In the event of additional, unforeseen visits or expenses such as but no limited to; food, supplies, veterinary fees incurred, payment is expected within 5 days of the completion of services or a late charge of $20 will be applied. Receipts for additional purchases /costs will be retained for Client’s records.

Client Return Notification

NMW Pet Concierge, LLC will confirm their arrival and departure from the Client’s home for a pet visit as per Client preference checked off on #9 on the Service Agreement however, it is the responsibility of the Client to notify NMW as soon as possible if for any reason the Client will be delayed in returning home. This will ensure pet(s) will be properly cared for during the extended period of time. If Client fails to notify NMW Pet Concierge, LLC we cannot be responsible for the well-being of pet(s).
